Welcome to Panda Digital Designs! By purchasing and downloading our digital files, you agree to the terms of the following license.

Permitted Uses:

• Personal use
• Use in physical products (e.g. t-shirts, mugs, crafts) for small commercial use (up to 200 units)
• Use in flattened digital designs (e.g. mockups, printables) where the original file cannot be extracted

Prohibited Uses:

• Reselling, sharing, or redistributing the file in any form
• Uploading to file-sharing sites or marketplaces (e.g., Etsy, Creative Fabrica)
• Claiming the design as your own
• Using elements to create and sell new digital design files
